Account Executive /Inside Sales

Position Summary:
As an Account Executive you will primarily be responsible for managing the company's relationship with customers. In this role your task will be to generate revenue by closing sales on hot leads, while educating prospective customers about our Software as a Service (SaaS) based Recruiting Platform that helps Business Owners, Recruiters and Hiring Managers source qualified, available and interested Candidates. In order to create a successful value proposition for our prospective customers, Sales Consultants are expected to be able to answer all pertinent questions regarding online recruitment advertising, our software (how it works) and the application process.

Our Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
2+ years of consultative sales experience with documented success in a business-to-business sales role.
Professional accomplishments that reflect self-motivation, initiative, independence, and strong customer service orientation.

Preferred, but not required:
An MBA, or other advanced degree
Experience selling recruitment services, SaaS, SEO services, online marketing (SEM) or online lead generation (CPC, CPA, or CPM).

Position Details:

You will be responsible for managing a personal portfolio of customers at multiple stages throughout the sales process; while working with our customer support department to ensure that we are able to maintain our service position with customers.
You will receive inbound phone calls and make outbound calls to qualify leads to determine if they are a fit for our service.

Your ability to understand the needs of each customer and how our service can impact and integrate with their hiring needs will aid you immensely in your efforts.
