Overview:
The Affiliate Marketing specialist supports strategy and execution of sophisticated internet marketing programs and campaigns for our various websites. Mingle wishes to create new relationships with online companies to generate additional points of distribution, generate more leads and create additional revenue streams! You will own the entire Internet and have the ability to negotiate CPC, CPA, CPL and Revenue Sharing relationships. Additionally, you will play a key-role in managing CPM advertising sold across all properties.

Responsibilities:
- Ongoing management of current relationships, analytic interpretation, deployment of new creatives, marketing ideas and strategy.
- Continually add new affiliates & strategic partners
- Oversee the on-boarding and education of new partners
- Create mini-business plans which becomes the base of a technical specification document for integrated partnerships
- Work directly with the CEO & COO to analyze, improve and deploy a fluid marketing strategy
- Oversee the development and distribution of marketing tools, creatives and new integrations
- Use a data-driven approach via web analytics for monitoring and reporting of online marketing campaigns

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience making deals online
- Consistent track record of exceeding expectations and finishing ahead of peers
- Must posses working knowledge of online affiliate marketing and business development
- Must be polished, articulate and posses strong writing and negotiation skills
- Experience prospecting, contacting and follow-up strategy for creating and maintaining successful partnerships
- Must be an experienced internet marketer, with demonstrated real-world business results
-Working knowledge of online marketing lexicon including, CPC, CPM, CPA, CPV email marketing, blog marketing, SEO, SEM etc.
