Position Summary:

Normal business hours are 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST, but the schedule is somewhat flexible based on final Candidate's availability. The Full-Time Client Services/Customer Service Representatives work 40 hours per week and the Part-Time Client Services/Customer Service Representatives work between 15 to 20 hours per week based on business need.

As a Client Services/Customer Service Representative you will primarily be responsible for assisting the company's customers through the account creation and activation process. In this role, you will facilitate the creation of the customer's professional profile, uploading of their resume, and resolve billing/payment issues; while ensuring that all customers receive the highest level of customer service. In order to create a successful value proposition for our customers Client Services Representatives are expected to be able to answer all pertinent questions regarding Climber.com's suite of products and services.

Our Requirements:

- High School Diploma

- 1+ year of sales or customer service experience in a call center, retail or restaurant environment with working familiarity of MS office.

- You should be able to demonstrate "hands-on" experience using technology and a strong familiarity with the internet.

- Ability to resolve customer service issues, quickly and professionally; while balancing the needs of the customer with business objectives.

- Professional or personal accomplishments that reflect self-motivation, initiative, independence, and strong customer service orientation.

Not required but would be considered a plus:

- Bachelors Degree or Associates Degree

- Client Services/Customer service experience

Compensation: Hourly (Dependent on experience and background)
